Create Inc. is pre-launch, and so is this policy: it covers the one thing this site does with your information — the interest list. We’ve written it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

If you join the interest list, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, the role you select (parent, teacher, student, maker, or partner), and any message you choose to write. That’s it — the site sets no advertising trackers and builds no profiles.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: sending you Create Inc. updates — progress on the studio, upcoming workshops, and Create Box news. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. Ever.

Where it lives

Interest-list responses are stored securely with the service providers that run our website and email updates, and are accessible only to CreateInc LLC.

Your choices

Every update we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by replying to any Create Inc. email — we’ll take care of it promptly.

Kids

Create Inc. is built for families, but the interest list is for grown-ups: it’s not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

As Create Inc. grows — the studio, the platform — this policy will grow with it. We’ll post updates here and note the date at the top. See also our Terms & Conditions.
